The goddesses do not know about his existence and think he's something similar to a invasive species or something, this becomes more of a issue when they realize they can only read "some" of his thoughts aka anything involving the god who reincarnated him here they can't hear or read his thoughts on, which is a MASSIVE red flag as they are the goddesses who control order in the world, this basically implies one of the higher gods, aka think system admins in a server, was the one who reincarnated him here, this means the one who brought him here is likely someone above them, possibly even the creator god.

I take it we have the Goddesses of War and Sin. The third in the center though...Life, perhaps? I'm assuming War and Sin would be there as the two most proficient in violence to keep the anomaly locked down, and life to assess and analyze what Loki is.
