This translation is phenomenal oh my god. I can't stop thinking about "my heart shudders like a boat, tempest-tossed in high seas." it takes serious talent to deliver a line as beautiful as that. this series wouldnt hit as hard without this great team!

ahh i love that makio doesn't even have herself figured out. that's what's beautiful about this. she says she didn't care about her father, or no one important to her died, but is that really true? there was an earlier chapter when they're clearing out stuff at asa's parents' house and it's the only time she admits that she might be sad about her sister in some way.

side note, touno is really cute. when authors add beauty marks to characters, i just know they're trouble. and he has 3 lol
