Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like you don't want extremely high heart rates, and copious amounts of adrenaline for this type of surgery. My mans likely has a completely fractured skull, I'm surprised his head is still closed and in one piece after falling head first from that high, You're also looking at moderate to severe spinal damage, and probably some rib fractures or breaks.
