The novel continues by the way, the game had a sequel that happens in another country in the setting, and the main character goes there to help Claude as there are monsters appearing and attacking said country and she fears people will blame Claude, the Demon King, and wants to investigate...while also having played the sequel and knowing who the villain is.

There is also another heroine and villainess, the two aren't reincarnations, turns out the villainess is nicer than expected while the heroine is a bit of a jerk...but mostly because she heard the stories about Lilia, a girl that wasn't of the biggest noble status becoming the Holy Maiden and getting a prince and she romanticizes the whole story and worships her despite never meeting her and absolutely thinks the MC is evil and that she and Claude winning is an utter travesty of justice.

But it's implied that Cedric and Lilia's crimes like the attempted rape weren't broadcasted to everyone because the Emperor obviously doesn't want to let people know about one prince kidnapping and attempting to rape someone, so the other heroine only knows the Holy Maiden was suddenly dethroned or whatever in favor of a high status girl that was said to be a bully and her husband who is the Demon King, still, doesn't lead to her liking Aileen at all.

But yeah, the story absolutely continues, the manga just isn't adapting it.
