It was shown since the first apparence in the unniversity... u can pretend you don't remember, its fine, but it is there. It's not a particular resistance ot knock out, its just a higher specs than others, which was seen everytime he showed up.... and what I said its better explained in the novel, so its not a headcannon, so you could try to be less entitled when you don't know all the info or you are straight not paying attention.

Higher specs? Yet Thane was still able to slapfight with her... So the Manga tells me that she is just an elite fighter + time powers, not super human.

Nothing you have written so far has given me the impression that the characters would not try to knock out this dangerous enemy, that is about to kill. And now Thane is dying, next to the blood pool on the ground... good job?
Again, they had her on the ground, with Thane intentionally missing his first ever viable strike.

Also this is the Manga, not the novel, so that is what I'm criticizing. If it was shown in the novel that the fight was longer/different and they did try to knock her out, which didn't work, then I would criticize the Manga for not showing the same, instead of for forcing the characters into a trope that doesn't fit the context we as readers are given.

So you can decide in which way the Manga fcked up, I stand by what I wrote, even after all the info you have given me so far: this is badly written(or adapted) and kills the tension.

Ler's hope not. Time rewind/alternate universes, timetravel is the most lame ass gimmick in media ever(or more it's lazy writhing) When actions don't have consequences it's boring as hell. That's why I hate with a passion timetravel in entertainment.....though 'back to the future' being an outlyer.

I agree but time travel isn't that bad unless its used as deuz ex machina for everything. I remember reading a manhua (yes manhua) where the mc just use time travel as excuse for everything, your credit card number? time travel, your neighbor mole location? time travel, super secret bio weapon hidden in bunker 700 M deep? time travel

Hmm... this is exciting and all, but I kind of feel like a "jumped the shark" tag is appropriate.

If you read the MangaDex description, I feel like everything past the school arc would be way out from what you'd expect.

It's like a yuri/political-drama equivalent of the JRPG "kill a slime in the beginning, kill god at the end".

I would say its not THIS bad right now :x

I think this was fine so far, even though we are only at around 50 chapters, they are long and well filled.

But yeah where to go after apocalyptic volcano.

I mean we're 10 volumes in at this point lol. Most series would be done by now.

the volcano destroys infrastructure and agriculture. The resulting upheaval, exacerbated by the nobles in charge and spurred on by the revolutionaries, spreads the revolution like wildfire. The downfall of nobility is a breath away.

Well the Manga artists/writer is a self proclaimed Lily fan, so I'm sure they poured their heart into every line drawn.

I feel like an honest implementation of it would've deprived her of the potion's effects.

Like...if I did this with bread, I'd assume all the particles of the bread that went in my system would be reversed thus leaving me in the same famished state I was in prior to eating the bread.

Bottom line to me is, time travel as solution to problem is lame. Time travel as the problem can make a good story (even if you have to solve it with more time travel).
