Damn, he's annoying. I'm lucky I never knew anyone with a personality like that. Dude couldn't even plan three seconds into the future.
I'm not sure how this couple could work, though, when Hirakawa's first thought, upon seeing Kiba, is always to call him annoying in her mind. Doesn't seem like a couple that would last. She's only impressed by his haphazard efforts that show poorly thought out attempts to protect her from stuff she needs to be able to cope with on her own, not that he would realise it. He seems to lack any sense of what's socially acceptable behavior and what's not, but I believe the series already said that in an earlier chapter.
