Bro really tryna pull an appeal to genre fallacy. This was a serious setting, this series even though being comedical in a lot of cases overall still has a lot of serious cases, this was one of them. You also propose a false dilemma, tryna say that just cus the story has comedy and eroticism in it that means it can't have realism and seriousness. which is just wrong. Star wars has fantasy even though its mostly sci-fi, it has comedy even though its mostly serious, clone wars even has some horror. Genres are not excluding each other.

The chapters leading up to this were serious buisness meetings, White hair guy went ther to represent his boss and his company to establish good buisness conections with the equivalent of the magic police and someone that can be for all intents and purposes be counted as the pope of an up and comming major religion. Now some high ranking worker of that company appears and exposes every last bit of incompetence the representative has, showing that he was late due to carnal desires and is unprofessional in the way he takes care of his maids, while she also shows unprofessionalism by flirting with her boss that she just lectured about not flirting, thats equivalent to snickers having an add about how they have no hygiene standarts and how they are happy to announce to open another factory with no hygene standarts but it also has no safety standarts.
