Im reading a similar manga to this where the MC actually comes to understand the power he has.
It gets just as wild, but not as gruesome and gory as this because the MC does have some control over what he does.

Na man this is the "fun" part. I having personally watched my father butcher the pigs and and sheep at a young age (I think I just started school at the time) it is quite "entertaining".
