The term "witch/witches" is often used in stories to refer any female person that have magical power, it's just a general term, you can find many instance of this usage all over the place, mangas, manhua, manhwa.

Right you are. I wanna say though that to me "witch" specifically conjures up an image of a west-european pagan type of character, kind of wicca-adjacent, that mainly specializes in alchemy, demonology and curses. But I have no clue how correct that is.

Note: earlier when Mr. Lin was being lonely for the 45th time, he mentioned wanting a cat. Now the Prophet is having trouble dealing with the "cats" (which Inky / Mr. Lin are responsible for) and plans to meet him.
