the setting is so dumb.
why does he know things that are going to happen for months in the future if all he did was repeat one day?
at the start it made a bit of sense because like he knew what would happen during that day, I guess you could argue that he learnt it all within a day or that he just keeps secretly resetting the days without it being said but now it is pretty stupid that he knows everything in a day throughout the course of weeks/months/years

Yeah, the premise is kind of interesting, but the development is just dumb.

With the last chapter being the start of a harem.. dropped from me.

This was a dumb webtoon until the end, so braindead :dogkek:

The thing about most chinese webtoons is that they're usually a power fantasy self-insert, so you will never see the protag get a real challenge if not once in a blue moon. Japanese Isekai stuff are also power fantasy self-insert but at least the self-insert-man is usually challenged until the power leveling gets FUBAR.

Who knows, maybe i'll continue reading this next year to see self-insert-man turning into the king of Russia :dogkek:

There's no room for plot growth, and everyone just listens to him too easily. Every possible problem is solved by him saying "Relax, I know everything".

This is Grade-A 100%-Pure No-Filter power-fantasy bullshit. There is no suspense that the MC might fail, or even suffer consequences, at any time. Only a question of what improbable skill, connection, or knowledge he will pull out of a hat to succeed at his mission, awe the men, and woo the women. The MC's looping power is not remotely explored; just left in the background as a vague explanation for why he can do all this. Yet, I must admit that I am still absolutely enjoying the ride and keep looking forward to the next rabbit to be pulled out of the MC's hat.

Total trash. 7/10. Would recommend.

Everyone's said it. Author messed up with the 1 day hook. Even in a million years unless he learnt the 1 word that could earn the trust; open the bank accounts, and teleport, he could not meet these people or know these things.
I like it as a shameless pervy power-fantasy though. Only unique thing about it is a i can't remember any other chinese manhwa where they make it so obvious that MC is getting laid. same with other characters casually getting BJs and whatnot.

Yes, I'd probably buy it if he repeatedly lived through a month. But in single day it's simply impossible to build all those connections, especially with people who weren't nearby him at that day. Nor he truly reset, as he was jacked right away despite being some wimp a day before that.

is it like reincarnation of life or the stuck in same day loop? Like later on he says reincarnations.
But yeah the time loop does not explain anything he do after like 3-4 chapters.

He is practically a seer at this point. He knows everything about everyone. This does not make sense!

I have to admit, up to around 100 chapters was incredibly good to read. These people in the comments don't seem to really understand just how long 1000 years is. And to spend each day on just looping one day? It just makes sense his predictions are that great for the following days and it makes sense how he can complete objectives so quickly. He is omniscient of that day and by connecting points of knowledge from that day, he can make a god-like hypotheses. I wouldn't be surprised and was even half expecting him to know ALL of China. With only one day to complete anything, he would have needed to know the speed run route. Lets use his ability to rizz women in a single day as an example, now spread that across the board. Along with the ACTUAL skills he learned from the 1000 years, I would be damn disappointed if he fucked up. The story shows that the MC's ability to predict becomes less flawless and he has to rely on the reset more, this was the one point that really built the story more for me just for it to be shot in the dick later. I feel like his first reset was just for fun btw lmao.

You can also see where this mindset in retrospect of the story begins to fall off though. From here on I'll keep it vague so for those of you that know then you know and those that might want to read and don't know can still understand the flaws of the story without being spoiled.
  • MC needing a translator. That was just stupid, I'm sure it was previously mentioned his extreme linguistic knowledge. This immediately ticked in my head as a major drop in quality from the author's side.
  • The snake in the safe. How he get caught by that with his skill level lmao. Maybe on purpose, but still...
  • The multiple resets the MC supposedly said he needed against 19. They didn't make a grand show of the resets like how they did the first few times. If they didn't show it this time even when this is the first situation needing multiple resets (very important), then how many more times has he reset before without it being shown? How many more times will he reset in the future without it being shown? All I know is that the one struggle the MC is confronting (an unpredictable future) is glossed over like fuck all nothing. This right here was the killing blow after everything else stacked on top.
There are other issues like the 'Gamer' girl with her nanomachines, STILL adding more women to the harem, and the supposed "main villain".
  • Why she let him in so easy? Thats just dumb. Anyone would have though it would take longer but no I guess not. Even me saying this isn't a spoiler because of how fucking fast and easy it happened.
  • The 'Gamer' girl's introduction was a pivotal point that signified the falloff of the harem aspect in this story. Before, he regularly interacted with the girls and they constantly remained relevant. Around the time the 'Gamer' girl came in is when mentioning them is simply just to say he has a harem of women and not to actually interact with said characters. Me making her the point isn't me blaming her, just a good landmark.
  • Why isn't the main villain dead yet? Spoiler yes but I know this point is very important for most people. A dragged out villain that for no good reason is still alive and still constantly being reused again and again. At this point putting a spoiler cover is more conspicuous than not lmao.
I'll keep reading a few more chapters just to see if the story pulls its shit back together because it has been quite a good long run and I really enjoyed reading it. I'm still uncertain if the multiple resets really happened or if that was MC just mentioning he could have just reset again and again, that is the only reason why I continue to read. Also the women here are so absolutely bombastic that I get dizzy if I stare too long. Personal opinion incoming. If their bodies where full of plastic then I'm easily desensitized because fake = boring but this is fictionland we are talking about so of-fucking-course their bodies are all natural and that's hot. Did I mention how 'Virgin Mary' is in this story and she is best woman right next to 'Farm-Raised' girl? (Good luck finding those out.)

so much this!^

critical person judge the worsening plot development. but all these negative reviewer only focus on the time, are procrastinator and can't comprehend what you can do or what happened in a single day is. china has developed highway and even bullet trains, i don't know how he can't accomplished those things, especially if it's still within his own country. there's a reason he didn't go to America you know.

if you're all still doubting a Chinese person IQ, can't you say the same to everyone who've watched "groundhog days"?

The usual comment trying to misconstrue in a TLDR style for text-wall that nobody wants to read.
  • No I don't care he is Chinese but if you want to go there, this MC is better than most the stereotypical arrogant characters in other Manhuas I've read. To make it worse, it is very often the MC and other characters that are supposedly depicted to be good-aligned in those stories that are also so pointlessly arrogant to the extent that it subconsciously skewed my view of Chinese people. To put it simply, this MC is doing wonders for my previously severe dislike for Manhua as a whole.
  • What the fuck is a "groundhog days" and imagine trying to belittle someone for watching a singular movie lmao. Don't feed proof to my perception of the stereotype.
