I'm unable to see a manga chapter i uploaded few years ago

I've uploaded a manga chapter few years ago, but i didn't remember the manga title so i checked my profile.
But i'm unable to see any uploaded chapter there, it just says "No data found."
Is the title already removed from mangadex?

Do you still have upload perms? If so, it may have been taken down from a DMCA purge (not sure if the original uploaders can see those in their profile). If you've been upload restricted then it was likely taken down for a different (rules violating) reason.

BTW, only chapters get taken down; titles are forever

The only other suggestion for tracking it down is: if you vaguely recall the timeframe you can search the forum records for your posts during that time and brute-force a cursory review. Sometimes the threads get deleted along with the chapter, however.

Did you upload it on this Mangadex account (the one with the same username as yours)?
And was it ever uploaded successfully (as in, showed up on your account's page). Otherwise, it might've never made it through the approval queue.
Apart from that, there don't seem to be any DMCA'd chapters uploaded under your account, so the only other things that could've happened would be a) the chapter getting deleted (only a mod can tell you) or b) the title you uploaded a chapter of getting deleted (in this case I'm not sure what happens to the chapter, besides obviously being inaccessible, and I don't think even mods have a good way to tell if that's the cause)...
