"Image failed to load" - message. Need help troubleshooting/fixing problem.

Recently I've been having trouble completely loading chapter (I typically use the long strip reader format with preloading set to 20, not sure if this is relevant ) and at first I thought that it might be because of the increase in users.
But even after the servers upgrade/update yesterday I am stilling having trouble fully loading a chapter. Sometimes I have to click the Tap to reload button multiple times or even reload the page in order to load the images.

I have already tried playing with the settings; changing the image server, changing the number of preloaded images, and using the Preload this entire chapter, but none of that seemed to fix the issue.

I'm pretty sure that it is not a problem with my internet, I am not having troubles with any things that require internet connection. So I am not sure what I should do to fix this issue.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Any suggestions or answers is appreciated.

@Berriesdingler It's worth pointing out that the server upgrades don't mean we won't be encountering any traffic problems. Like right now I can't load any images from MD at all.

You should try at a different time, maybe avoiding peak hours from US and Asia region?

but, when i randomly open different titles, it works perfectly.

If you have troubles loading images try changing the image server:

- open any chapter you want to read
- settings (cog button)
- advanced checkbox
- Image server
- reload the page
