Images taking too long to upload

I dont know also, Im the translator of Supreme Saint's Love Debts and im plannning to upload the Chapter 13, but its so slow, i thought that maybe its because of the size of images, so I compressed it loseless, but the problem still persists... I cant even upload a god dang cover page... What in the heavens happened?

Are you seeing any particular error messages, have you tried uploading a single small image to see if that works at all, and have you tried a VPN?
