Pretty much what everyone else is saying: Work on the polishing aspects of it. Grammar, typesetting, proofreading, etc. For a first go though, it's pretty damn good! Glad to see someone picking this up! Keep up the effort and you'll improve fast!

btw, i noticed, even the previous scanlator why the hell is the name of MC changes often times.

so in the raw ヴィルム, this could be Vilm or Virum or Vilum, and it's not William nor Wilm
And his nickname is Vil-kun.
