In the future, instead of "cow person", you should probably use something like "draph" (like the previous scanlation group did) or some other actual fantasy race name.
If you don't use "draph" (which I'm mostly suggesting because a) it sounds good and b) it stays consistent with what it was translated to in previous chapters), then the best way to stay true to the original text (since I don't actually know what the raw says), it'd probably be best to share the raw version of her race's name (including any associated furigana) around a scanlation discord (or in the scanlation channels of the MangaDex discord) to see what others have translated it as, and pick the best option from there.

yea i prefer draph over cowperson its err, plus does she even look like a cow? draph is probably closer unless the Japanese is cow person lol
