Grandma had 5 husbands. They tried to correlate that with her having lots of children but you only need one good husband for that.
Now a husband with 5 wives can easily have 20 kids the reverse pretty tough.
Definitely confused by writing/subtext this whole chapter with the sword and bowl?

So because the aunt 'accidentally' lost a leg and kidney the arranged marriage is on hold for a bit. Nice the Ye family is helping his family out, although probably not just Ye Chenxi but her mother as well. Wonder if the blond aunt with glasses is helping too? The musclebrained aunt doesn't seem to have the business acumen or interest to help though. Speaking of Ye Chenxi, she mentioned a sister around ch5 to her bodyguard/sp and seems to be in a good realtionship with her so when is the sister going to meet the MC? After all, her sister Chenxi is head over heels with him, he saved their mother from a toxic(?) chi attack that would have killed her in 5 days that the house doctors couldn't do anything about, and gave the mother a cultivation stone that didn't exist in the world before. Would be nice to know how strong the main family's influence is, what business areas they specialize in, and why trying to tie up the MC in a wedding knot but not the sister.
In any case, has he mentioned his sword 'rusting' before? Also, if it needed a scabbard why didn't he make one for it in the Fairy World since it seems he had the sword for a few decades? Or is it because he's an amateur and only came up with how to treat sword when needed to rather than routine maintenance and was too busy studying other things? Considering all the amulets and mystic stuff he's been making and carrying around lately he should make a dimensional pocket like that magic circle his sword goes into to store things and keep away the sticky fingers of would be thieves.
PS Think discord ad page should have had scene where mother shaking her head wondering why he hasn't joined discord yet, and then scene where she's fired up with fist in air saying why it's so great with MC weakly saying he'll look into it.

I doubt the rust is actual rust, it's prb something that comes with cultivating the lower levels or because the world itself is less pure? Normally they don't even have a sword like that on lower levels so who knows, there really isn't any info to go on.
Don't think it was said that the cultivation stone didn't exist before, just that they hadn't heard of one.
About how family and love works in (authors) reverse world, I've give up thinking about it and I feel that is a good choice.

@Mathiason Chenix had a sister ? interesting to know. I completely forgot. I feel like she had a brother too right ? We met her cousin when the MC beat the shit out of her.

@Velsy Chenxi's brother is Ye Mao. First see him ch9, and apparently was suppose to give MC ride home but something came up and asked sister to do it not realizing she'd try to drug and rape MC. Wonder if she did it so could lose virginity with someone 'safe' and figured if got pregnant then someone her brother is friends with is likely to be a good person. As for sister was mentioned pg22 Ch8. Guard/sp called her Miss Ye and Chenxi said her sister is still alive. Could mean her sister was injured severely, has been out somewhere for a long time, or found lacking in some way hence why she was referred to as Miss Ye even though title should go to sister.
