Last chapter is what I called a twist. When the dad-daughter ended up not fucking -- made me confuse with the joke for a hot minute there coz I was expecting the punchline to be incest.

From the first panel, you might assume that the 2 with black hair are siblings and the brown-haired girl is the friend.
The last panel reveals that the brown-haired girl is the boy's sister and the black-haired girl was her friend.
This adds context to the middle 2 panels: she was making incestious moves on her brother while her friend was sitting next to them. They were enjoying the thrill of almost getting caught.
She invites her friend over again stating that her brother welcomes her too. Her friend thinks it's cute that the brother likes her, meanwhile the siblings are both using her to get off on their fetish.
