Imokami-sama - Vol. 1 Ch. 1 - Don't Lay Your Hands On My Younger Sister!

It's interesting in concept, but a hell of confusing. It feels like a story from a grandmother that also talk about 100 different things simultaneously in between, always circling topic around so, in the end, you are even more confused than you start.
There is basically no explanation of anything. Goddess save dying guy because of wish od his sister. Loses her power because of it. So far good, it could be explained later about how that works. But then comes the weird part. Guardian Goddess? How did this come to be? She is working to increase some kind of rank for herself or the original Goddess? Also, the MC somehow retained part of that power as well? Why is the original Goddess still flying like it's nothing when she lost her powers? It's making no sense. It feels like comedy manga with Tsun punching into a face gag and making some ridiculous plot behind that is just for a sake of future jokes, not something that would eventually be explained with proper regard.
