I have a feeling, looking at Kelly's expression, that when she saw Agnes for the first time, she made a decision: if this is Agnes's own style she loves and will stick to, Kelly will quit her job. However, if Agnes is just an ignorant victim of a terrible fashion sense, Kelly will keep her job and fix the issue.
