But other than that, I got nothin' haha. Because if that boy is 15 months old (if she got pregnant right after the ceremony itself), yeah...... he definitely looks a bit too big to be 15 months lol.

Only other thing I can think of, possibly, is that they rounded "2 years passed" down and the time actually passed was slightly over 2 years. So if he's maybe 18 months old or so it's a little more likely.

Can light novel readers confirm anything? I'm very curious lol

As of now the English light novels haven’t reached that part yet so idk. I do remember Agnes not having too bad morning sickness in the novels so she could’ve been pregnant during the wedding. They might be the real ages though, I’ve heard of parents having a kid and then like a month later getting pregnant again so it could happen! Most likely that 2 years is the manga being generous with time or not knowing how pregnancy works lol
