Forgive me for pointing this out but I think this is just a fun wholesome window into Nazel playing with the kids alone and truly nothing else implied (he's napping because, let's be real, every parent takes the chance to do so when their kids go down for one themselves lol)Wow he spent half a day with his kids such a hardworker, such a dad! Fuckme the bar is so low
Kids are picky regardless of what's in front of them, even if you know they like something half the time they'll say no and grab something else on their plate just because they like having the option of saying no lmaoYou'd think the kid would want to eat vegetables he participated in planting and growing. Being picky might make sense for one particular vegetable whose taste he simply hates. But then again, maybe their cook should strive to get better, to prepare sauces and more innovative dishes, to make the vegetables more attractive.
O . o?Kids are picky regardless of what's in front of them, even if you know they like something half the time they'll say no and grab something else on their plate just because they like having the option of saying no lmao
Then you were a good kid, younger ones like in this chapter usually are still in the processing phase though where they change their minds on what they like by the day for any number of reasons, it only really gets easier when they start nursery or school and can communicate betterO . o?
Mom has always had a huge garden. Even 40 years later, I still remember sitting in the garden with mom snacking on just about everything we grew. Fresh corn on the cob, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli and even asparagus...
Not to say there wasn't things I avoided... but there was always a reason. Like eggplant's spongy texture, or the weapons grade stench off mom's home made sauerkraut.
But most veggies were fine. Likely because most of the adults in my family were good cooks and spent lots of time teaching us kids how to grow and cook our own food.
Sir or madame, it was the same for my kids, and to lesser extent my grandkids. It's all about the environment you grow up in.Then you were a good kid, younger ones like in this chapter usually are still in the processing phase though where they change their minds on what they like by the day for any number of reasons, it only really gets easier when they start nursery or school and can communicate better
