Well, in the world of manga you could say they're basically the 'same face' — but I feel like this is more of an interpretation of the vtuber world, where we don't actually know the real face behind the avatar. That's why the avatar and IRL character are drawn with models that are, essentially, the same face. It's similar to that anime series 'VTuber Legend: How I Went Viral after Forgetting to Turn Off My Stream' too.

I doubt it, reveal streams are usually around 1 hour long, but even on the short end its at least 30 min, I'm guessing they skipped some parts that are mainly fluff aka the slower parts of the stream. Think of the manga as a clip where they remove the silent parts, or the parts where nothing in particular happens so its just a collection of the exciting parts
