It wasn't ever good, but like... Wow, the manga really just turned into "how about we just make everything suck and everyone miserable and unlikeable in every way" like I have to go read something else to mentally un-read this now. Maybe this is supposed to just be a "dark middle chapter" or something and if there were more chapters it wouldn't feel this deeply unpleasant but even then I think I probably would have dropped it after the most recent chapter.

-Parents divorced
-being forcibly separated from your sibling whom the parents were so okay with you being close to they let you share a room as teenagers in spite of a gender difference
-that same sibling is obviously changing a lot without you there
-your friend implies that sibling is going to date someone else and doesn't like you anymore
-that same friend berates you a bunch about you being hung up on all these events even though that's pretty fucking normal
-that same friend pressures you into sex so that you stop thinking about that sibling so much
-she also really seems to act like she doesn't actually have feelings for you the whole time too ("yes I would kiss someone else if they were sad," etc. etc. feels like there's no emotion behind it whatsoever but maybe that's a translation issue, idk)

Like what a series of miserable events to all happen in 2 chapters.

I finally caught up with manga (chapter 34), I read all the comments and saw the divisive ratings and decided to give it a ago. SO this comment is for those who didn't read it yet and decided to come here and check what people say.

I mean, how bad can it be to get average grade of 6 here?

Suffice it to say, it was a wild ride. Obvious incest tag aside (which was a hook up for most people I believe) the story is a roller-coaster of twists after twists. Most 1 star grade you see is regarding the chapters 13 to 19 where quite the bombshell was dropped and needless to say it filtered out tourists.

But then, it starts to get better story-wise. Almost wholesome experience. And then chapter 33 came along and man... I watched "I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day" and "Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky" recent anime episodes and they emotionally destroyed me. I was not prepared for chapters 33 and 34, they tore up what was left of my fragile heart.

I did read some of the LN spoilers for ending but I am still interested in seeing how will this go forward. So, to me at least, this manga is worth checking it. Just for the roller-coaster ride of emotions it will deliver.
