i assume you're referring to the last section right? cause the first 2/3rds of the chapter felt fine. all exposition, but fine enough.
the bigger issue is lots of girl being kinda same-faced so it's hard to tell who's who and their relationships (i think this new girl might be the child of the pilot from ch 1? i barley remember those details

What a convenient instant gigantic harem through the sudden acquisition of a residential home the size of a football field already filled with willing women wanting to mate and go plap plap pregnancy.
And yep, the moment I saw that girl, I guessed she was going to be next in the harem. If the guy isn't dead, he's about to be NTR'd hard.
Honestly, it'll take a miracle to not have the MC's humanoid spirit form not just walk around with a girl straddling his upper body and riding him as he walks around with how much they're bending over backwards and providing him absolutely everything for the literal god walking on the planet that he is, and the main thing keeping him docile is that he is at the core a Japanese salaryman giant robot otaku.

So he has all of the personality elements to begin with, but the base is "Dignified and Strong, able to accept good and evil but also potentially dangerous" That's fairly correct considering his circumstances and behavior. Red and Blue means passionate and calm, he does flip flop between both. So basically he's an edgelord MC with an otaku goofball streak on his slow life mode and a badass no-mercy mode in combat, the civility of a Japanese Salaryman on one hand and the full ability to not just accept but revel in his ability to just harem up and get pregnant an unlimited number of women as his desires wishes it so.
So yeah, his flames are accurate.
