While it's not impossible for Viola to be jealous, I doubt this is what happened here.
Güzerbahn castle is where Reene was abducted to and nearly forced into slavery (see chapter 23). Noche most likely forced Noel to tell him where that place was, after he noticed Reene's discomfort (in her own home, no less). He then went and obliterated it. Noel probably trembled because he could feel the Demon Lord's hatred and rage.
So I don't think it's some kind of plot, much less by Viola. The servant even said it herself: "the culprit is probably the Demon Lord", so there was no attempt to frame Reene at all.
This is simply the Demon Lord exercising revenge upon the lowly human who dared hurt his future wife. Reene probably saw it in her dream because they're soul mates.
This incident could create some friction between the humans and the Demon Lord / Reene, however. Although I doubt the humans could do anything at all. It might cause people to be afraid of Reene, though. Imagine if the Demon Lord came to wipe you off the face of the world, just because you upset Reene...
