So, Viola probably did something to Reene in order to get at her out of jealousy, since she likely has the hots for Noche and is being generic rival for his affection that is being directed at Reene. As for what exactly it is she has done, it's most likely to frame Reene as either the one that has done the attack (make Reene see a dream of sorts, make her feel as if she did it whereas it was Viola, is one potential way of doing it), or she at some point hypnotized Reene (kinda like the priest with his compelling words ability, but sneakier) and made her do it during her 'sleep' in a state of half-consciousness.

@Shuzuchi I guess that is also true, it sorta slipped my mind that Guze was the one that did all that to Reene in the first place. Still, Viola definitely gives me the "jealous love rival that's had a long-lasting affection for Person A, and thus has 'reasons' to dislike FMC".

While it's not impossible for Viola to be jealous, I doubt this is what happened here.

Güzerbahn castle is where Reene was abducted to and nearly forced into slavery (see chapter 23). Noche most likely forced Noel to tell him where that place was, after he noticed Reene's discomfort (in her own home, no less). He then went and obliterated it. Noel probably trembled because he could feel the Demon Lord's hatred and rage.

So I don't think it's some kind of plot, much less by Viola. The servant even said it herself: "the culprit is probably the Demon Lord", so there was no attempt to frame Reene at all.
This is simply the Demon Lord exercising revenge upon the lowly human who dared hurt his future wife. Reene probably saw it in her dream because they're soul mates.

This incident could create some friction between the humans and the Demon Lord / Reene, however. Although I doubt the humans could do anything at all. It might cause people to be afraid of Reene, though. Imagine if the Demon Lord came to wipe you off the face of the world, just because you upset Reene...

@Nolonar I get what you mean, as I went back and looked at earlier chapters and had replied to Shuzuchi, since I'd forgotten the name of the dude that had imprisoned Reene previously was at Güzerbahn castle. So while the attack itself may not be related to Viola, the way she carries herself around Noche and her almost cliche 'villainous smile while looking downwards so nobody sees it' kinda put the idea in my mind that she was either in the process of doing something or had done something. I'm still convinced she's going to try and separate them somehow in future, or at least do away with Reene somehow.

and i do think that attack was Noche's doing, like to give what he thinks "the people who hurt my Reene" "deserves"

Güzerbahn king got what he was asking for but I think Viola was the one who got the demon lord to do it. She probably said something like Reene wanting him to punish that king.
