This might be the most legitimate reason I've seen in a manga for suggesting someone crossdress. Usually it's just a gag they tack on to disguising someone, and one of their companions makes them crossdress just because they find it funny. This time though, it's an all-female tribe, so it actually makes sense that he would have to use a female disguise.

I'm a little impressed that someone was so dedicated to their obsession with crossdressing a boy in girls clothing that they made the entire plot of the series revolve around it for 168 Ch, and it's still going.

Though the chapters are pretty short... so that probably helped increase the chapter count despite having such a weak plot.

Man, there's some serious hypocrisy this time... Really making me dislike his harem this chapter, though this is hardly the first time they've done something like this. Like every time he has to register a new Babylon terminal they get mad at him, even though they know every previous one has been an obvious and overt pervert and stolen a kiss as well. Not to mention each time they saddle him with another fiancee even though he's so clearly and obviously discomfited by having a new stranger or loli (or loli stranger) foisted upon him each time that even your average harem protagonist would notice it...

Touya doesn't exactly help himself, though, given how deferential he is after the obligatory initial outburst.

That's actually refreshing to see the harem actually rejecting potential brides because they do care about the feelings of the participants in the romantic environment, usually in these types of Manga whenever a new girl is introduced they're all just gonna go merry along with it.
