The anime is not great, but some people need to keep their expectation low for isekai story. Not every isekai can be in the same league as overlord/youjo senki.

@lapizlazuli: Actually there is a bit of confusion between Chapter 20 & 24.

For some reason, even though there isn't any error with continuity between those two chapters, but for some reason there isn't any raws for Chapter 21-23.

Its like you won't even notice the missing chapters (which don't even feel like missing), if you don't read the chapter numbers (this is from the guy who had read both WN and LN of this series). Guess have to check the Manga Volume release for confirmation.

I'm aware about that, no worries. I joined the isesuma fandom channel (wn/ln/manga/anime) so I've been up to date with any information regarding the series. They've changed the chapter numbers few chapter ago to synchronize them with the manga volume's chapter and also separated some chapter into smaller one, so in total as today, 29 chapters.

i can see why this can be annoying to translate with Yae's old way of talking kind of jumbles things a lot.

As for the general pacing of this medium, i cant say i like this over the light novel but is still cute none the less, after all the anime also had its issues. Mostly because they completely took out Touya's internal monologue which made the situation hilarious in the light novel. Without it, the story just becomes a generic isekai with the MC doing OP things without much forethought ;P.
