I don't read the LN, but i'll say this

I don't know how much the material value in that world, but i think the village don't need that all dragon's part. Because they don't need that much money to rebuild their village.

And how mean that village chief/the villager decided just give Touya the horn. Touya deserve more than the horn. Even if he doesn't need it, he can keep it for the next journey

And the most part that Made me angry is...
HOW THE DUCK MISMEDE GOVERMENT DOING. YOU'RE THE ONE SHOULD GIVE MONEY TO THAT VILLAGE. AT LEAST JUST GIVE TOUYA THE HERO TITLE OR GIVE HIM A BIG HOUSE OR GIVE HIM MORE MONEY. HIS MAJESTY THANKS DOESN'T ENOUGH
