Yes, that was just "looks like I need to actual put a little effort in this". She is in fact holding back here because the enemy doesn't warrent her full power yet, and she needs to minimize collateral damages (the piers are still destroyed, but those are repairable).

Her children claiming she can easily destroy a city wasn't an exaggeration, she can,
and actually did (in-game of course).

And if all else failed, she has a self destruct skill that scales off the player's level.

this was definitely done better than the anime, the anime had almost no stakes and no build up
how on earth they thought that doing that would sell is beyond me

how and why can there be, this much difference in strength?
i would understnad it if it would follow affter game logic but it is cause of the game, isnt it? sso unbalanced
