Hello, I'm Peter Griffin and I'm going to explain today's joke. Today's chapter is a little wordplay in the way Kantai Collection, also known as KanColle, is abbreviated in Japanese.
Indozou refers to KanColle this way:
Which is pronounced as "Kan kore".
On the other hand, Sakayaki-san refers to KanColle this way:
Which is pronounced as "kan kora".
This is what confused indozou and is the reason he repeated it for the rest of the chapter.
