can you give an example of the redrawing and cleaning needed per chapter? Maybe I can make some room and give you a hand with that.

Well he graduated directly from the national police academy so I guess that gives him an officer role instantly.
Don't really know how it works, but I assume it's the equivalent of joining the armed forces or police when you already have a bachelors or masters. You don't start at the bottom but instead already have a leadership role. Which makes sense because it means that you have more knowledge / "intelligence" than people who don't have any qualifications.
