A lot of Afghan hounds I've seen and interacted with have been fairly disinterested in acting like a "normal" dog. I don't know if it's a breed thing or a coincidence though.

so afgan hound are just cats?

Feels like author got huskies wrong. The husky should behave just like the Afghan hound. At least from my experience, but maybe my dog just hates me.
