I don't think she wants to be treated as a 'woman', though. Don't know if she has learned the birds and the bees yet, but she clearly still wants their relationship to be as close as when she was a dog, a pet. She has not yet realized how big of a difference it is that she's human now and the standards between pet and owner just don't apply here, unless it's a form of kink play.
