It's part of the mindgames.

But he doesn't realize she's creepily obsessed with 002. I'm thinking there is no way she will sit still while he takes down 002, she will totally shoot One in the back given the chance or the dire need.

It's hard to say because 003 has more of a "schism" than "anger" towards the "Camp" group.

"One" is genuinely angry at the camp because he thought he was going to be "the star" and in the end was inhibited by his excesses.

"003" doesn't have a very clear story yet. It feels like the screenwriter was going to make 003's story as if it were "One's" – because 003's flashbacks are precisely of her betraying the camp. In the end, he "truncated" 003's story and created "One's". Perhaps he was afraid of creating a story that would force IJin to be too violent with a woman.
