This was a "limited release" on the Dengeki Ouji webmanga portal. If it got enough interest/Likes on their website, it would get picked up for a full serialization. (As per the author's Twitter) Given it's been 2 years and nothing more since then, it's safe to say it didn't clear that hurdle, which means it's effectively cancelled.
