Seems like the modern Aryans haven't learned anything from their ancestors except hubris and underestimating opponents they should have left alone. Rather than feeling Daxia was holding them back or going up in rank by eliminating the competition these guys should have risen through effort. To me looks like main reasons were held back was partially due to using puppets instead of angels (remember Mu told that corrupt Beiyang admiral that he pissed Elders off whose main source of money was through angels by putting angels down and using puppets instead along with murdering angels,) and having personalities similar to Ditu showing they were disloyal as hell and only looking out for themselves. Would be real funny if after all their pride over being Holy Race descendants that not only doesn't the God Slaying weapon refuse to obey their orders but self-destructs taking most of their fleet with it all because their ancestors were lying to themselves about having such a fake, high lineage. Wonder if Himiko is of Aryan descent too, would explain why want her alive. If it was just to have her for a trophy dead works almost as well with a lot less hassle.
