Okay, those two were just a little bit more than side characters, but it really caught me by surprise that they were killed off just like that.

Huh, terribly surprised they actually died. All the previous times, author was like, they got ran thru, obliterated, eviscerated etc, but they somehow came back. But I guess suddenly death is permanent for named Angels, at least side characters with some level of importance.
