For guys who said this is garbage or something, lets try to remember when Adolf Hitler did to us in WW2.
He is ruthless dictator that killing so many people even we cant count how many all of them. But did you know what his profession before he became a dictator??? He was a painter before WW2 happened by himself.
The main reason why he became a dictator because they (Germany) are really desperate for needing someone who can lead their countries no matter he is good or evil person as long as they can prove themselves. During that time (after WW1), their economic was really low that their people cant even bought a bread because it was so expensive back then and most people live in starvation.

@cyoteblack I agree but somehow I feel he will end up uniting the fleets and there will be a possibility of another soul tier eventually or a foreign fleet you remember a few chapters back they said there was a rouge fleet that tries to enter the planets they are on orbital space and got diced up by the sword array I feel hes not going to be the only soul tier forever

While it's common, cliché storytelling, from what I've seen of the raws, they don't pair up another Soul tier as a challenge for the first 175 chapters. New enemies get stronger weapons capable of killing more Heaven-tier angels only to find out that killing a Soul-tier is just as easy as learning how to breathe water instead of air in a few minutes.

@Cyoteblack Well, it was still not clearly yet, but if they had weapons that capable of killing Soul Tier as easy as you said, then why they bother making Angels in the beginning??? This contradicts with your statement since latest weapons on 1st 100 chapters still not enough to kill Heaven Tier easily, except when it goes to Rescuing Shura Tribes, they have arsenals that even Mu Siyun had trouble to deal with them due outnumbered and the enemies have better weapons at that time.
