I don't know what the judges are going to say, but personally I think Jan was the only one who actually cooked a Chinese dish for the competition. Kiriko's is kind of reaching with the addition of carrot juice, plus the presentation of cold noodles wrapped around the toppings, and Celine's is just flat out asian fusion haute cuisine. Also, I feel like giving points for the ice sculpture is a little silly, because while it may be important for something like a Michelin star, where presentation is important, it's meaningless in a cooking competition, as it shows your skill in sculpting, not cooking.
Also, I find it funny how the translation of fondue legumes makes it sound like the French had just never discovered the concept of vegetable soup in the span of over a thousand years
