Is the site under attack?

Recently having hard time reading through chapters of various manga, multiple images not loading and such.

On the west coast of US by the way.

ehh, I occasionally have been having image load errors, but it's fixed by a simple refresh and my internet connection is notoriously bad so that's all I chalked it up to.

I have the same problem, when transferring to the next page sometimes that next page wouldn't appear even though its loaded.
(Its not because my laptop is weak, I'm using i7 7th gen with 32gb RAM)
and when I reload that same next page it would rarely failed to load the image.
I'm using fiber internet so I doubt its my internet.

SEA here, For the past few days i too have been getting image failed to load errors

I switched from using the default reader to legacy and I'm not getting the errors anymore.

I have been having this issue as well. Though I seem to recall that it only started after the announcement that PATH network added their eastern Data center and the last update to the image databases, so I attributed it to that as most of the images that I had issues with were from older and hadn't been updated recently. I believe most of them haven't been update in 6-8 months or older .

@omae_wa_mou_shindeiru Yeah, I noticed a couple of other American sites were unreachable for me as well, not only Mangadex. Good to know the traffic was just being rerouted to China, nothing more serious.

Site couldn't be accessed an hour ago, but that appears to be a Cloudfare issue, which seems resolved now.

My recent (as in past week or so) issues have been related to the loading of older chapter pages. Recent chapters are as quick as ever, but if I go back a few chapters on same manga, the page loading speed goes down the gutter.
