Is there an easy way to mark all chapters as read?

Sometimes I like to start a manga but I don't know if I'd like it. So I start reading and if I do like it I often just continue reading. I saw this thread:

Which talks about using the completed status but that's only for mangas that are finished? As in it'll mark future chapters as read as well?

@ixlone So there's no way then? After going through all the options, having it be completed then reading the eyes are not saved.

It seems like if you can click on an eye to remove it then you should be able to click where an eye would be to add it?
