Honestly. Guy already got thrown around the room and socked in the face. Even if things get resolved, If I were Ichitaka, i'd report him, so at least he gets suspended, and gets a record. Just so his life is a bit more screwed up til he enters university (that is, if he even has the mental capacity of even passing the enterance exams).
