Might just be bevelled and not sharpened, so it'd be uncomfortable but wouldn't cut you. But on the other hand the bevel seems like it wouldn't make for a good edge profile, unless the entire blade is thin. And the spikes are more likely to hurt the user than help, with very few exceptions.
