Now we're going into an Academy... really now. What's next, a tournament arc? I'm considering dropping this. First 9 or so chapters when it was the 2 mains alone was awesome. Come the crafting for duke arc, it was fucking boring but I held into it hoping it would go back eventually, we go back for a quest, MC and those 3's interactions were great, drama was overblown but fine, but still it was fun. I was hoping we would get the cat girl as a new party member and go back to adventuring and ditch this duke and his daughter shit but nooo.

I'll see how the next chapters are before deciding on dropping this...

Indeed. The dude had never made anything with his skills, so what can you realistically achieve in a few hours? It's kind of a pity the author still forced the prince to make such achievements. It would have been better if the first days had been used to get the prince up to the very basic level and then he would have finally succeeded with something simpler. Karon wasn't much, either, but she had been using her skills all along, even if inefficienctly, for years, likely (she could use her skill to assist in making the components for decent enough tools). However, it took her some time to master just fabricating the small (mosaic) tiles for the bath. The prince had never done anything, so why did the story need to force it?

I cried at how sweet chiffon and cress were. Goodness poor boy must've been through a lot trying to not be ground to dust in a palace with such a hated class.

(Also I agree with others saying he started cress out on something too complicated, I was expecting maybe like a simple scented pouch or something? Like just a lil consistent knit item, he filled with something nice and sewn up. Thats way simpler compared to learning blanket and pattern sewing from scratch imo.)
