Well I guess it's true that Miyabi and Liz will go separate ways with Red Cliff
Because D'Arte just too ... what does I say it? Stiff? Formal? Too objective oriented? well something like that, he's not a bad guy, just prioritize the mission above anything else, but I guess that's what make Red Cliff a great A-Rank party

Unless Liz and Miyabi really don't wanna separate with them?

Honestly even if Miyabi profoundly refused to join, they're gonna want to drag him in anyway because who doesn't to stay in a villa with a lot of good food while on a long escort mission every time? I mean, the alternative is camping with rations.

Most likely Liz is going go refuse because she wants to forge a path for herself and doesn't want to just be piggy backed by her father's old party, and our party of uncles/aunty will respect that decision.

Alternatively Miyabi rejects an invitation cuz he wants to just make stuff.

Mmm I almost nailed it I guess.

1) Red Cliff definitely thought that Miyabi's support role was definitely A-tier despite his rank so the invitation to join was extended to him as well. Miyabi wasn't even thinking of refusing if it came to it, he just wants to support Liz's decision if she decided to join. I was right that he just wants to make stuff tho lmao.

2) Liz is mainly confused atm since she still doesn't want to get piggy backed by Red Cliff, but still thinks that she can't hit A-rank on her own.

3) Our uncles and aunty definitely came to the conclusion that she wants to forge her own path on their own, Liz didn't even have to say it to them.

It's the third option. He's born outside the territory. Far outside.

She said she needed time to think, and she's surprised he figured out something happened?

She takes his answer, and immediately assumes all adventurers are like that? As if he's not a very special individual?

They're officially married now that he said that.

I agree with their conclusion. She has areas she need to grow in, and being in that party won't help. It would be comfortable, but I don't think she'd be happy.

As the dude said, there is no way you won't have any regret, there will always be any regret in any decision you make.
What matters is accepting it and moving forward.
This is quite tough for Liz as she wants to reach A rank on her own

Of course she won't join, because something something "I wanna make it through my own power" (while leeching from Miyabi's cheats).
It's a shame, the Red Cliff guys are delightful enough to warrant a spin off.

Is this where they pull the whole, 'you're not as good as we are; you're better/deserve better' thing

Part of making your own way is to draw people who best support you in that way. Similar to how Red Cliff sees that drawing both of them in would make them a better party. I don't see having Miyabi being part of her team diminishes the 'make it through my own power'.

Setting the foundation of her own team as both her and Miyabi is her own choice and part of her path. Joining with Red Cliff means choosing to walk their path. She won't likely end up leader in that way. Continuing with Miyabi means she could stand up as the leader of her own party, it's now mostly a matter of stepping into that fully and building out her own team. They need a full team rather than just the two of them.

I think Red Cliff will give her the push to rather than joining their party to become the leader of her own and suggest picking up more team members. It gives her the most growth and the doting aunt/uncles are wanting to at least try to do what's best for her. In that way I don't see them going for the 'never mind, we don't want you anymore because you're actually not good enough.'

I assume at this point they'll come and go in the story to check up on 'their little girl'.

Tbh, i don't disagree at all that she does leech off from Miyabi's cheats, but in a way, she also doesn't, since most of the combat are done by her during their quests with only two of them together, so they actually balance out each other, and that's what makes this title good for me on top of the story, the fact that the MC being OP doesn't mean he'd be able to do everything himsefl

I love that people are actually starting to wonder, "Where the hell did this guy come from?"
To be exact, it's more of "Where the hell someone this good at his job come from?", 'cause you know, considering how good Miyabi is, why the heck no one knew about him before
if he's just whatever, it would be weird if the big shots are wondering who and where he came from

That’s an amazing quote and I feels like a lot of people need to know about it

A guy who checks out on paper but who no-one knows or can vet for would be a lot more suspicious. The dude could be using someone's name who is deceased or missing.

Now, someone who could be pretending to have no affiliations and no-one to vet him looks more like a criminal, or just someone who found his 5 kids and nagging wife too much for him, and went to get milk.
