Hooooo.... reading the plot synopsis, I knew the story was going to piss me off, so it took me a couple weeks to finally tackle it, but damn, how quickly I want to gut this sister. I'm hoping for some powerful catharsis out of this series.
The one year difference between the FL and her older sister is not the same age, the original Japanese word is "年子", which refers to siblings who are one year apart.
