When she says 'lying,' she's referring to the false rumors that soon-to-be-perforated noble spread about Streamer killing thousands for mana for his streams. Basically, it's a grammar error.

tbh, I personally think that the way that sentence was translated could have been done differently (e.g.: "... you're thinking about those false rumors aren't you, Lord Streamer?") but I don't know what it said in the raws and how @PFmini came to that conclusion, so I can't answer you.
