Once an otherworlder understands the situation, they get a pretty big incentive to side with the demons.
Or at least the dwarves, who are still a relatively neutral third-party in the story.
Or even better, have said otherworlder side with the dwarves and the demons to build a coalition actually intent on bring the elves down.
All it takes is an individual with a skill seed versatile enough to grow a whole faction way stronger than they were initially.

And metaskills like the MC's tend to be OP most of the time.
Changing even one character in a status sheet can be extremely powerful, specially when you consider that the japanese language crams a lot into one "character". (It's basically the equivalent to changing a whole word in a western language.)
It is still way underused as I see it. When he starts changing words instead of just digits, this will be a whole game-changer.

Selling the stones was fine as let's say he didn't knew the gm was an elf, but instead of doing the quest they should have instantly ran away to maybe an hideout of the dwarves, i still find it fine, not many are wise even if smart

Yeah this dude is pretty naive. He was told like 5 times so far that asking about his skills or others skills would get him killed too but he willingly shared information with multiple people.
