@gaigous I am still pissed they dropped it from Skyrim. I mean both oblivion and morrowind had issues but Skyrim actually feels like it requires spellcrafting to make magic worthwhile.

Anyway, he may just not have played games like that. Editing or custom stuff is always broken or useless. There is never an in between for some reason XD. Silly devs failing at balance.
