Seems the arch-bishop is one of the corrupt nobles who joined the church. This is why religion and politics should stay separate. In any case the guy definitely has no qualms about abusing his power or indulging in his bad habits much less taking responsibility for his own actions. Hope he gets in really big trouble for losing that artifact. LN provides more details but apparently the artifact Rita broke was used to remove memories from followers who wanted to forget bad things that happened to them recently. Although considering how the religion was created by nobles I wonder whether or not the followers who lost memories really wanted to forget and how explained to them why part of the church after memory extraction. Personally I think memories, good and bad, are what make a person who they are and removing their memories is killing the person they are and changing them into someone they used to be.
Poor Nagi, seems he's really attracted the eye of that mercenary and she is definitely going to follow him. Hopefully she'll be completely on his side when meet again and not playing multiple sides like did when told him about tower and then told arch-bishop about Leticia moving against tower.

If don't like story don't read it and find something else. Swearing because don't like it is rude and offensive. MC is going to be dense about feelings of girls partly because has no experience and just blundering his way along and partly if he is too perfect it tends to annoy readers so some comical flaw is usually added to help keep interest and make him entertaining. As for tags try contacting mangadex to see if can add it and then change personal settings to block manga with tag.
